Each lake home has a private dock just steps from the house. You are welcome to bring your boat. There are indoor/outdoor restrooms for convenience. The homes include additional outdoor living space including large screened in porches, for enjoying the sunsets. Large kitchens and dining areas; fire pits for smore's; and much, much more. If you don't want to bring your boat or jet ski, WE OFFER DAILY WATER CRAFT RENTALS!!! We have two 24' pontoons w/ 1800 Lbs. capacity, and two 3 seater jet skis.
Cedar House
This beautiful house is located on the Lake of the Ozarks at the 8 mile marker near Laurie, MO. it is located with in a 5 - 10 minute boat ride from, Shady Gators, The Horny Toad, & Frankie & Louies.The house is fully furnished and has 5 bedrooms (2 of which are master suites) plus a large bunk house (6 twins, 2 fulls) (max occupancy is 20). There is a TV in each of the bedrooms. Along with the 2 master suites having their own private baths, There are 2 full size bathrooms, plus a shower house located off the screened in porch. This home comes with a full kitchen, a dining room and living area. Bath towels are provided, however, swimming/beach towels are not. The living room has a wall of windows over looking the lake. The kitchen can easily accommodate all guests between the dining room and screened in porch. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals, all you will need to bring are the groceries. There is an upper and lower deck, the lower deck is fully screened in and has ample seating. There is also a beautiful and spacious water front patio, perfect for corn hole, washers or just to sit back and relax right next to the lake. The patio has plenty of chairs to enjoy our large fire pit, charcoal and gas grills, along with a full service tiki hut. The patio leads straight to the new two slip dock with a swimming platform. Please feel free to bring your own watercraft. It is located in a nice wide cove that is perfect for swimming, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, etc. Remember to bring your own flotation devices and fishing poles!
white House
This large luxurious house is now available for rent. It features two master suites both with private master baths. Both suites walk out to a covered deck. The master suites are furnished with king beds and also include a coffee maker and sitting area. There are 4 private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. In addition to the 6 bedrooms is a bunk room. The bunk room has 5 twins and 3 fulls. The living, dining and kitchen are all open. Behind the stairs on the lower level is the game room. There is a pool table and shuffle board table. There are sliding glass doors all across the wall facing the lake. The doors open up to a large screened in porch. There is an indoor/outdoor bathroom located off the porch. Just a short walk from the porch you will find your private dock. The home is located on a quiet cove, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
Apartment on the Water
Newly built two bedroom one bath plus a loft. Sleeps six comfortably. Built as an overflow house for our larger rental properties but is available to be rented separate on a first come first serve basis. All stainless steel appliances and fully furnished. Linens and towels provided. Very unique home built with the appearance of a barn with all modern amenities inside. Short distance from the great hot spots on the lake such as Shady Gators, Ozark Yacht Club, Franky and Louie's, too many to list. Located on Mile Marker 8.
FAQs
Where can I rent a boat?
We offer tritoon and wave runner rentals (for an additional fee) with our house rentals. Check out our boat rentals tab.
There are several places to rent a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks. We recommend Bombay Boat Rentals (573-207-0773). A quick Google search will pull up many others if you'd like to shop around.
I have a boat, where can I drop in at?
Lake Shore's Marina (573-374-3257). Please plan to leave your trailer there as there wont be room in the driveway.
How many cars can I park on the property?
Lake house 1: 6 vehicles max
Lake house 2: 7 vehicles max
Apartment: 2 vehicles max
Any extra vehicles will have to be parked on the street. The homes are located on narrow winding roads so we would highly recommend limiting your vehicles if possible. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Boat trailers will not fit on the property. Please plan to leave them at the marina.
What is the lay out of the house?
Lake house 1- You will walk into the middle level. On this level is the living room, an eating area, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms (1 queen and the bunk house) and 1 bathroom. On the lowest level, there is the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (king) and 1 bathroom. This level will take you out to the screened in porch where there is an additional bathroom and eating area.
Lake house 2- You walk in to the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms (king beds) to your right and 3 bedrooms (king beds) to your left. There are 6 private baths upstairs. Down the stairs to the lower level, you walk into the living/seating area. To your left is the kitchen and dining. To your right is the bunk room (5 twins 3 fulls) and bath. Behind the stairs is the game area.
How many beds are in the house?
Lake house 1: 2 kings, 3 queens, 2 fulls, 6 twins
Lake house 2: 6 kings, 3 fulls, 5 twins, 1 sofa sleeper
Apartment: 2 queens, 2 twins (trundle bed)
What kind of coffee maker is in the house?
The coffee maker is standard so please bring ground coffee if you would like to make some.
*Lake house 2 has machines in the 2 master bedrooms that can also use k-cups.
Is there a grill?
Yes there is a propane grill. Propane is provided.
Do I need to bring towels?
Bath towels are provided but are not for outdoor use. Please bring your own beach towels for use on the dock.
Are there any water floats available for use?
There are NO floats, toys or life jackets available for use. Please bring your own.
What time can I check in and check out?
You may check in as early as 3 pm. If we do not have any guests checking out the day of your arrival, we may be able to accommodate early check in, however, there will be an additional charge of $100.
Check out is at 10 am the last day of your trip. Please plan to do a general clean up after yourself. Hang any damp bath towels on the hooks or over the shower.
Is there a washer and dryer?
There is a washer and dryer in each home. You are welcome to use them sparingly. Please do not plan to do all your laundry every day and/or prior to your leaving. This would overload the septic system. Please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Where is the closest store?
The closest grocery store is G2M. It is located in Laurie, MO. This will be your closest town containing stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Please search Laurie, MO to find what you are looking for. If you click on the link below and then zoom in, you should be able to see the businesses in town.
What paper goods are provided?
We provide a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
Do I need to bring condiments?
Please plan to bring all of your own food and spices. This does include condiments, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. There may be some left from previous renters but we can not guarantee their availability.
Is there a crockpot, blender, etc?
The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a crockpot, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.

When will my deposit be released?
Deposits will be released after the house keeper has had a chance to inspect the house. Usually within one week.
Is there firewood?
Firewood is available at this time.
Do I need to bring dish soap or cleaning supplies?
Dish soap and cleaning supplies are provided in the house.
Are life jackets available?
We provide standard orange USCG life jackets for use with a boat or wave runner rental. We have a limited supply of random fitted vests. We would recommend bringing your own if you would like a fitted life vest.
Life vests are for our watercraft use only and are not provided for swimming off the dock.
How many refrigerators are in the house?
Lake house 1: One in the house and one in the tiki hut by the dock
Lake house 2: One in the house, however, it is an oversized side by side refrigerator and freezer.
